Welcome to the Dave Matheny State Farm Insurance office! For nearly three decades, my team and I have been proud to serve Carmi, along with Norris City, Grayville, and Mt Carmel, helping individuals and families prepare for what matters most. As a State Farm agent based in Carmi, I work closely with Illinois Good Neighbors and am also licensed to assist customers in Indiana.

My connection to southern Illinois runs deep, and that local knowledge shapes how I serve the community. I graduated from Millikin University and hold both the ChFC® and CLU® designations, which reflect my long-standing commitment to this profession.

Beyond the office, I stay actively involved in Carmi through service and leadership, including being a proud member and past board member of the Carmi Kiwanis Club and a member of the Carmi Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local organizations and charities is important to me, and I value opportunities to give back to the communities that have supported my team and me over the years.
